Coy illustration - NEW

Hi all, this picture is another illustration I produced for the now defunct 2011 calendar. Instead all the illustrations are being released as Limited Edition Prints and will appear as a 2012 calendar, so those of you who are very organised, keep watching this space or hook up to my tweets to hear when the 2012 calendar is being released and you can nab yourself a fab xmas present for someone. The prints are produced with a 5" white or cream border and supplied in a poly bag, with my signature and number on the actual print. I think this one will be especially lovely for any fishing lovers or would be nice in a childrens nursery because of the tranquil colours. The coy are represented because of the coy carp mentioned in The Land of Lost Thoughts, which reside in the neighbours ostentatious pond. I didnt feel that the calendar was working in black and white and so produced several illustrations in colour, some even contain quotes or poetry from the book.

The calendar also contains dates flagged up for relevant places and events from the book, so you can feel as though you were there and indeed become more knowledgeable about things like the Crystal Palace or the Sydenham Railway.
